I would take the money and run, especially if you aren’t hell-bent on going into a ridiculously competitive specialty. But I would wait and see if you can get UCSD to match Kaiser’s offer!
 
Wait to see Kaiser’s first match list this year and then decide

If they all place into Kaiser residencies, I’d go with UCSD
