Avoid DO if you can go MD except when it comes to CNU. So I'd say the clear choice is UMKC.

Cal State Northridge doesn't have a medical school.
If you are referring to Northstate, it is, by far the worst MD school in the US and will lose accreditation if it fails to come up to minimum standards in the the next year or so.

An MD degree opens more doors than the DO one even if it's PCOM. Kansas City is a decent size city with lots to do, you'll still have everything you want there just like philly.
