Yes, schools have a “preference” for recent prerequisites, but that doesn’t mean that you will be screened out. Recency for physics, general chem, orgo is not so important, but you might struggle a bit with M1 if physiology and biochemistry were in the remote past. What have you been doing since you took those classes?
 
Ask the schools.

The fundamental content taught in chemistry and physics introductory classes hasn't changed in over 100 years. As pointed out, I don't think that there is concern of your retaking these courses given the MCAT result unless it is the policy of the school.
