Not research! You were not designing studies, following protocols, collecting data, analyzing data, drawing conclusions from data, communicating results of the research. There was no scientific method (hypothesis generation and testing). No lab skills acquired.

Call this "paid employment, non-clinical". That said, knowing how funding studies works from having been on the inside is an unusual point of view for a pre-med and you can use that to your advantage.
