For radiology, yes, a good step 2 and good clinical rotation grades should be enough to keep you in the running.
 
What do the advisors in rads at your home institution say? They presumably are more familiar with how students have matched previously when applying in similar situations.

Frankly, with step 1 being P/F it is more important than ever to take guidance from mentors at your home institution. School prestige and track record are super important. I suspect you are still in the running, but if they tell you it’s been very difficult to match prior students who have failed a class… then that should give you some pause.
 
You don't have to be a perfect med student to match DR - in 2022 the match rate for Step 2 score < 240 was 70%, for example - but a course failure, below-average grades, and a low-tier med school aren't going to help you. I agree that you should talk to your advisors, but rededicating yourself to getting strong clinical evaluations and an above-average step 2 score are probably required at this point.
