As a reapplicant, will TMDSAS schools that I did not apply to previously have access to my prior application?

Here's what the TMDSAS guide says about it:

Reapplicants​

• If you applied in the last cycle or previous cycles AND your application was transmitted, then you are reconsidered as an applicant. Your answer to the first question should be YES.
  • After you have answered YES, enter the school name(s) and entry year(s) that you applied in your previous cycle.

If a school was not sent your app last year, I don't think they will have your last year's stuff.
But pretty soon TMDSAS will start holding their "Office Hours" live meetings once a week on YouTube, and you can ask that question directly to the people who know.

In any case, last year's app didn't get you in, so please rewrite your essays for a fresh attempt. Good luck this time!
