What is the COA? These seem extremely comparable and I would go with the cheaper one.

Also, flights from Detroit to Philadelphia or even Ewark are fairly cheap! Maybe the fact that 2/3 people get their first choice would really sway me toward OUWB but I'm from Michigan so I'm comfortable living there (and I also have an OUWB there but I'm most likely not taking the seat)
