Echoing Toledo. They honestly match above where they’re ranked, imo, and saving $90k is a good bit.

I calculated the COA difference and was actually incorrect initially: If I get IS for M2/M3/M4 at Toledo, Toledo would actually be ~$60K cheaper COA over 4 years (not $90K COA over 4 years that I originally thought). I feel like Wayne would give me more opportunities than Toledo but I'm not sure if the price difference is worth it...

Still don’t see a particular reason for Wayne. They have a ton of students even if there are opportunities around. Toledo is a nice state school.
