Please take my input with a grain of salt because I am a freshman in college, but based on what you have done already, I feel that you have sufficient clinical experience, so taking the RA job and increasing your experience with research and potentially having a chance to get a poster/pub/any meaningful experience out of it would be more beneficial for you imo.
