Then I am going to ask why your profile suggests you're going to put in a significant effort over your application year with your new tutoring organization? What are your plans for transitioning away after a year? Or once you graduate?I know my clinical and research are quite low, but my main goal is really just to get into any US MD school.
Through that first URL I only see 3 T20s, and Case which is right there too. My question is, if your application and stats particularly are too high to the point you'd get yield protected from most of the schools who partner with the culinary program, does that not leave you with ~5 schools who fit a high stat applicant? Would aligning yourself with a mission fit like this one not limit yourself to a very select number of schools then? Then I am going to ask why your profile suggests you're going to put in a significant effort over your application year with your new tutoring organization? It is not clear what your mission fit is with the schools on your list. Yes, I think you might get attention, but I don't see what you bring to the community of medical students, faculty, and alumni as a future colleague from what has been provided.
Suggestions though for opportunity fit (with your food distribution background): focus on "food as medicine" with a nutrition fit. Fortunately for you:

I don't know if this candidate will be yield protected from schools on the suggested list above. They will get attention from in- state options who will not yield protect.Through that first URL I only see 3 T20s, and Case which is right there too.
