If you're looking for merit money, are you going to apply to HPSP or NHSC?
Have you networked with LMSA, SNMA, or MSPA chapter officers at the schools where you really want to attend?
I think you can get your ticket punched to any of the brand or highly reputable Midwest schools of your choice (going by where you had impact). Your list pretty much hit the schools I would have suggested, though the California schools (UCSF, UCLA) might be interesting stretches.

I think if you needed to cut down your list, I need a little more. Obviously being Mexican can help, but I don't know if the COA is worth flying all the way out. They obviously have resources with LMSA so you can figure that out easily. I guess if you are comfortable living out there, okay, but I don't see much more of a connection from what you have disclosed.
