Is it possible to be a prosthodontist (limited to speciality) in canada after completing USA prosthodontics residency accredited by CODA?

No, Canada and US boards are different. To be honest practicing in Canada is much harder than US.

Source? I think it's possible if you do canadian boards after US speciality training?

The source is a friend of mine who did a residency at UMN and then tried to go back to Canada with the same scenario and did not have luck. This was in 2020 when he finished.
