Don’t think prospects are good. Think of it logically, if a dental school had plenty of applicants with good grades etc out of college, why would they take a risk of accepting you when you already failed out a first time? Not trying to be mean, think of it in the eyes of the admissions committee. If I were you I’d just accept your losses and either choose a different career, or if you’re dead set on dentistry go into a related career like hygiene.
