I just went through them today and they seemed suspiciously easy. I've heard that the real exam is tougher, but for those that have experienced both...are they even close at all or do the real questions blow the practice questions out of the water? I'll get around to Form 1,2,3,4 eventually but until then, I wanted any info that people had about it.

Thanks.

yeah do you mind sharing a link?

Maybe I called it the wrong thing, but it is the free download on the NBME website that lets you get used to the format of the computer based test (CBT).

But........

regarding format, are most (80+%) of the questions the same style as the nbme practice questions? i.e short 3 lined questions...?

What %age of real test questions are of the long paragraph gibberish type?

I don't remember the breakdown (not something I was paying attention to), but the range is huge: from one sentence to a full screen of history, physical findings, lab results, and a picture.

The NBME practice questions are pretty representative, I think, as is QBank.
