150 USMLE question set?

I went on the usmle site to download the questions and they had two question sets available
one was 2007 , the other was 2008?
1) which one do i do
2)are they the same
3)and what correlation do they have to the exam? (have heard they correlate REAL WELL, and have heard they are too easy so wats the deal fellas)


suggestions, ideas?

i downloaded 2008 and i beleive its the same as last yrs
