Go to an established school, whether that be Mississippi or one of the others. If you end up getting additional offers, you can update us and provide additional pros and cons. I do not know if UAB allows students to qualify for in-state tuition after a year, but it is a good program with a wide variety of home programs as well.
 
If you have a choice, an established school with a good history of graduating students into strong residency programs is always better than a school with grand aspirations but no evidence. Chances are everything will be fine at AWSOM, but you may need a standing order for migrane meds as the entire faculty figure things out together. Unless you really have a very strong commitment to NW Arkansas (or even if you do), you generally pick the established program over the one with provisional accreditation.
