How am I looking? The average rank for the programs I’m applying to is 30ish.
Don't say I never did you any favors. Here are the data:

You probably have a good shot. A Step 2 score of 252 was the average score of people who matched. Apply broadly and show no hubris.

Anesthesia rankings don't mean a whole lot in terms of competitiveness (rankings is an academic and fellowship thing, unlike say IM the amount of people entering anesthesia looking for an academic career is much smaller and anesthesia fellowships are non-competitive)

Anesthesia has gotten more competitive as a specialty but it's far from super competitive

You're at a T10, step 2 is fine, good grades, you'll 100% match anesthesia somewhere unless you spit on their desk during the interview

You seem weirdly obsessed with rankings, which isn't how anesthesia residencies work. You will definitely match with your stats, unless you are a weirdo.

Based on this post if I were interviewing you (which I do), I would be concerned if you actually like clinical anesthesiology. It should be obvious your numbers are fine, but the obsession with rank is weird. I interview at one of your "top 30" programs for what that's worth.
