IMO I don't think UNC is worth $120k+ in loans over UChicago. Unless family is contributing to your education, I would choose UChicago

if you want to do derm and you already have derm connections at UNC plus you want to potentially live in NC long term go UNC. 120k in loans is nothing for what derm makes. Too many people read numbers as purely numbers, but in reality that is not a lot and matching into derm is hard. So if you already have an upper hand in any way that helps a bunch.
