To sign into the American Dental Association (ADA) Dental Admission Test (DAT) testing center, you need to use your DENTPIN and password. You can find your DENTPIN and sign in on the ADA website https://www.ada.org/education/testing/exams/dental-admission-test-dat/apply-for-the-dental-admission-test-dat. If you're a first-time test taker, you'll need to request a DENTPIN first.​

Oh I see, sorry I am not quite clear on what you are asking. Are you referring what you do the actual day of the exam?

On the day of the exam, the only thing you need to bring with you are two forms of identification: one government issued with a photograph and signature (e.g. driver's license and passport), and one ID with a signature (social security cards, credit cards, library card, etc. all meet this requirement).
