Edit: This is for REUI emailed both professors who wrote me LOR about the situation and waiting for their response. If my memory is correct, I think I selected to not be waived because I legitmately thought waive meant appeal (this is my fault but English is not my primary language). Should I notify all the programs to be fixed? However, I am slightly hesitant to send it as it might look unfavorable and view me as careless during application time.
It is for REU, not medical schoolThose were pretty simple instructions dude.
Can you imagine what could happen if you prescribe the wrong medication to a patient? These are the things that you need to be connecting even at your stage.
Bro, you're all over the place. It is for REU, not medical school
Huh? I am not sure what you meanBro, you're all over the place.
My friend, what are you asking about? What can we help you with?Huh? I am not sure what you mean
Is this ragebait? I asked whether I should notify the programs despite it might looked down upon email for correction. My friend, what are you asking about? What can we help you with?
I apologize if there was confusion as this is my first time applying for REU. There was option, in the application, to select whether to waive or not waive to view the letter. I initially thought do not waive meant I do not grant access to view letter, but I knew I was mistaken after searching. I am not sure how to do that, but I think letters are sent electronically. How many REU programs are we talking about here? Can't you give your references a new coversheet indicating you have waived your rights? I don't understand the procedure here.
