has anyone used this service do they refer good patients or is it just a gimmick?

My office uses them. A few referrals a week, though sometimes they refer people who have to travel a little too far and end up no showing. I think depending upon the area and how many other dentists use this service it could be valuable. In highly saturated areas, it may not be worth it with too many dentists on the system.
