2 things i learned about 2nd applications

1) Tennessee doesn't have any 2nd app fees phew

2) Its impossible to speak to NOVA admission office without atleast a 10min wait

I'd imagine most admissions offices are swamped with phone calls at this time of year. I think last cycle, calls to Case went straight to voice mail.

I have called each school I am applying to and, while some do go to voicemail... Nova is the worst. Nova plays HORRIBLE background music and what seems to be a recorded lady that is trying, with all of her might, to believe that what she is saying is interesting...

And you just sit there. It is like they have one person fielding calls for the entire university. I just left my phone on speaker and finished the ENTIRE Nova secondary app before someone picked up.

If I have to hear, one more time, that Nova has a "450 foot mural painted by renowned marine artist, Guy Harvey" I think I might die.

Guy Harvey is a pretty big deal in the gulf coast. I have a few of his fishing shirts too.
