2007 DAT Format Question!

Hi I have a question on the format of question 51 on the 2007 dat. For option A on Q51, does the second row of reagents belong to the reactant or product side??

When I took the practice test I thought that it belonged to products, but on the bootcamp solutions it says option A is not balanced correctly, so I assume that means it is on the reactants? Does anyone know? Thanks.

It belongs to the products. It's not balanced because it says 30mL of 0.1M Ce4+ reacts with 20mL of 0.15M Fe2+. In other words, the ratio of Ce4+ to Fe2+ is 1:1, and answer A suggests a ratio of 1:3.
