Hi everyone,

I know that several programs provide free hotel accommodations for interviewees, but many also don't...so I thought this thread would be a nice way to find other students and maybe save on some of the interview costs. I can't decide whether to organize by location, date, or just leave it as a free-for-all so I'll start with the following:

School: Mt. Sinai, NY
Date: Any Wed or Thurs in November
Preference: Female

School: USC, CA
Date: Friday, Jan 15th
Preference: Female

Also, if you're driving in and have a car, that might be a nice thing to mention.

I think it would help if you specified whether you're male or female...and also the specific school. For example, I'll be in Chicago on Nov 15th but it's for UChicago, so I definitely wouldn't want to split a room with someone closer to Northwestern.

just tip for you guys. You can do priceline's "name your own price". You can get hotel rooms for really cheap....sometimes $50. Sometimes less (depending on what sort of star hotel you want). The great thing is that also on 4-5 star places, you pay like 1/2 the price.

maybe a better option than sharing. just a suggestion.

that's not a bad idea...but i know at least for me, i'd rather have a hotel whose location i'm certain of than one that could be anywhere in a 10-mile radius.

Hotel Sharing Thread

I think you are on to something here. Single male looking to share costs of hotel room with attractive coeds interviewing in Miami, California, or Hawaii, as well as Colorado during ski season. I won't be interviewing, but this could turn into a quick fun road trip.

ok so i am staying at the hilton in Toledo on Nov15th if anyone wants to split the cost, they'll provide a free ride to and from the airport. and the evening dinner is held at that hotel. send me a private message if interested.
