Hey everyone!

Quick question about ordering the 2009 ADA:

So on the form, do you need to include taxes on your own, and calculate it yourself?

I wanted to do expedited shipping, and I thought the total would be 38, but then I just noticed add tax.

Does anybody know the exact amount to put? I dont wanna send the wrong amount.

Unless you live in Illinois or Washington, D.C.


So 35 for normal 38 for two day and 47 for next day

If I live in Illinois how much should I put down for tax, since it doesnt come out even?

You only tax the test cost the shipping and handling is not taxed.

So 10.25% of 27$ is $2.77

So that would be 37.77 normal 40.77 second day and 49.77 next day
