2009 Adea practice test error?

I just finished the biology on the 2009 adea practice test, and I got a question saying what is the major INTRAcellular buffer, and I picked phosphate, and the answer was bicarbonate. This was not representative of my previous tests I have taken and a destroyer question I literally had the day before..

Yeah, that's a mistake on the exam. They meant to ask INTERcellular buffer.

For this question, as presented, the correct answer choice would have been phosphate.

You may have the old version that doesn't have those mistakes corrected. If that's the case, that version has multiple mistakes in Bio, Ochem, and QR. Maybe others as well. You might want to search SDN for threads highlighting those errors.

Do you mean like an edited version? You can't find a version with the question "What is the INTERcellular buffer?"

Ohhh, I see. Hopefully other SDN-ners can weigh in on this, but if you google the topic, the sources will indicate that the extracellular buffer system involves bicarbonate and the intracellular buffer system involves phosphate.
