2009 DAT Math Section

So I just the 2009 DAT ADA Test and did great on every section except math which I completely tanked.

Is it me or was this particular test harder? A good chunk of the questions were geometry based and didn't have enough time to sit there and figure em out.

hey woox, i have yet to take this one. im doing it on the 15th, but i believe the real exam has only like 3 geo problems. Im really bad at geo and frankly dont feel like relearning a bunch of stuff. I did the Achiever and only had a few geo q's; i guessed on them and got an an 18. Ive heard the real dat math is easier than achiever, so i doubt its Geo based to the point of 10 problems or more. I believe its more word problems, trig, probability, and conversions. Unless im wrong.

Its def tougher, Bio alright I expect random no suprise there. Ochem had a seriously WTF amount of questions.

And math had some that required big ass quadratics...easy to do but no way to do with the time constraints imo

I definitely found the 2009 QR section to be harder than my version of the actual test. I missed 14 on the 2009 but 5 on the actual test. Might have just been lucky but with a difference as large as that it had to be somewhat easier as well.

I just did it that exam and I think Reading must have been retarted as well lol or maybe it was just me... I usually hit CDR at 20 or above. this one was must have been an 18 or 19. I'm not too happy with a 17 in math, but if the real exam's math is easier then I guess I'm fine with it. I have to seriously review my GC and OC because I didnt do nearly as well as I assumed. The Ochem had WTF ques for sure! lol
