Hi. On the Cal-Grants web site, https://mygrantinfo.csac.ca.gov/logon.asp, it says:
"2010-11 Payments
2010-11 Cal Grant payments will not be made until the 2010-11 California state budget is passed and signed by the Governor.
CSAC will continue to keep you informed as we receive more information."
What do you guys think the chances of the Governor passing/signing the state budget are?
I don't really know much about this, so I'm not sure if it's a formality for the Governor to take extra time to pass it, or if this means there's a .99 probability that he will not pass it, or what...
