Hi all,
I thought it might be useful to consolidate revisit information. The idea is that this thread will contain exact revisit dates and RSVP deadlines to assist students with scheduling, with the option of including the handles of admits who will attend each revisit.

How many revisits are people planning on attending? When we have to reschedule for revisits because of conflicts, anyone have some tips on things to do or people to speak to (since there are no organized activities)?

Three of my revisits conflict. And neither of the schools seem willing to pay me to come at a different time. Anybody else has this issue?

I have the issue with schools choosing the same revisit weekend... I just rescheduled one. But you won't get to do as much and won't get as much attention though.. Why are they refusing to pay you to come at another time? that sounds unreasonable if they are paying the other accepted students to come revisit.

Maybe you can email politely and ask if you can meet with profs outside of that particular weekend? It seems like a lot of the MSTP offices are really really nice about it and will give contact information/help you with the scheduling or even have full alternate visit dates set up.
It's worth asking, anyways!

Yes. I received a call from Dr. Kontos yesterday offering me a position. He said that they were very conservative this year with their acceptances and even this early, there has been movement, so it seems like there is plenty of hope! Hang in there and show your continued interest and I'm sure everything will work out. Good luck 👍.
