Hello,

It's that time again when undergrads are getting their application for prestigious fellowship such as Gates-Cambridge, Marshall, Churchill, Critical Language Scholarship, Rhodes, and of course, Fulbright!

This is a forum we can use to discuss the application cycle and how's everything going for everyone.

Currently, I am a Fulbright English Teaching Asst. in South Korea and I start Aug 18 but been in Korea since July 3 taking intensive Korean language courses. I was also a winner for the Critical Language Scholarship for Korean (for this year but couldn't do it because of Fulbright) and a Henry Luce finalist!

Thank you for sharing your accomplishments, you seem very preftigious. Good luck with your critical language scholarship.
This is place where we discuss things you do post-undergraduate that help you get into med school, e.g, taking med school requirements. I highly doubt these fellowships cover premed postbac programs and smps. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Thank you Smiley and you are so right! These scholarships can help you look different for medical school, if you're already competitive for medical school 🙂 without the post-bac and SMPs. I don't know where to post this topic, so that's why I post it in the Postbac programs thread, lol.

Do you know where I can post this topic other than the pre-med forum?

I know these fellowships are considered to be graduate fellowships.

And thank you for the compliments 🙂. I am not doing the Critical Language Scholarship because it conflicted with my Fulbright 🙁. So, I am just started my Fulbright Fellowship in South Korea and I am still taking intensive Korean language classes 🙂.

Pre-Allo might be a better place but it might get lost in the shuffle.
