The end result of cleavage is the blastula.
^Answer says this is true.

How? I circled this as false thinking that morula is the end result of cleavage.

While initial cleavage does produce the morula, it doesn't end there - cleavage technically continues until the blastula is formed, and then gastrulation begins.
