Yep. Read it and weep.

I only did a quick scan, but didn't notice any major cuts. 305 is up 2%, although 26 is down 1%. What am I missing? Can anyone comment on MIPS requirement?

WHY ARE YOU RUINING MY ALREADY CRAPPY DAY

SERIOUSLY SOMEONE PUT A LINK, I DONT TIME TO GOOGLE THIS OR I WILL PUT MY HEAD THRU MY COMPUTER MONITOR!

Thanks. No good news, but no dramatically bad news either. Of course if Elizabeth Warren or Kamala Harris or Bernie or any of the free healthcare for all folks get elected, all aboard the Slave Ship:

Meh. Even if they win, and even if they can get single payor, its final form will likely be so watered down to get through congress that I doubt it changes much about the private market and probably just goes back to ACA standards with the intact provision on pre-existing conditions.

bwhahaha you get 50% more for drawing arterial blood than doing a full CP lab consultation! Why would you ever try to bill this garbage?

What a joke.

Best to pile into a select group of codes, then move if those get hit. I need to figure out what 88121 vs. 88120 difference is. I think the gem in this latrine is doing 300x88120-26 per day at 18 grand per day and calling it. One year, peace out with the 3.6m and vanishing into the South American jungle with the whole pie. Keep filing tax extensions until you collect the full amount of course but plan your escape.

Let the US government come find you for their loots.

Morocco, Turkey, Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine, Paraguay, Argentina, Cuba, lots of places to go.

In Australia, Medicare reimburses the GP / family physician more for doing a skin punch biopsy (with F/U appointment of results),
than it does for the pathologist who reports it!
