Do programs actually plan to wait until the 2/28 recommended universal interview release date? That seems very unnecessary

1. Program directors do not have access to your application until after it closes. However, there is a timestamp on when you have applied to a program. You can apply to programs up until the deadline.
2. "REVIEWED" Status of application... if it doesn't show as reviewed, you can still get offers. There might be a way for programs to download the application and view it off the website. About half my offers were never "reviewed" by the program.
3. Interviews are virtual-- can range from a 1 hour session, to a 2-day event.
4. "Official Interview Offer Day"- most programs sent out on this day. But the next 3 days also had waves of invite send outs. Respond quick to these emails because preferences fill up.

5. Some invites go to SPAM- so check it just incase.
6. A few programs give a call before the interview email.
7. If you create a WhatsApp group- beware of spam. Our group was infiltrated by spam bots... 🤦🏼♀️
