I have not. I have used a 53 though.

Is this the extensive time modifier? if so, I use it. Be sure to document in your procedure note the amount of time above "normal" that you spent on the procedure. Also don't expect to be reimbursed, unless you are employed being paid on RVUs which may get you some extra money.
