If we are just shooting for a 220....would it be sufficient to say that first aid and uworld is all we need? I was doing biochem first aid, and felt like maybe it was incomplete, but i'm no gunner shooting for a 260, so would you guys say that for a 220, those 2 sources are good?

Isn't the difference between scoring in the 220's and 260's like getting 18 more questions right? It's not that big a difference. You have to perform really really well either way....

i don't understand tho...lets say i got a 220....and another person got a 260....ur saying that he got about 20 questions more than me....what what about the person with a 240....are u saying thats only 10 more? so then whats the difference b/w a 239 and a 241?

well, the guy with 239 may have more correct answers than the guy with 241 because some answers yield more points than others.
