25-75% interval or the 10-90% interval?

You have to use that interval combined with your GPA interval. I wouldn’t rely too much on being in the 10%-25% end of the spectrum unless you’re a minority/under-represented in medicine.

Which should I go by. My MCAT score (514) is holding me back from top 20 schools in terms of the 25-75% interval, but I still fit into most of their 10-90% intervals (and a lot of 25-75% intervals, but below the median). Should I still add in those schools in that case? Let me know if I should if I fit certain stipulations. I will say I'm not a 100% reserved candidate at any school, and an over-represented minority.
Definitely go with the 25-75 range, and the 10-90 range is doable, but I tend to shy away from recommending with schools of Harvard/Stanford class. the higher up the pole you want to climb, the slipperier it gets.

Here are some of the higher caliber schools you have a shot at:
USC/Keck
Dartmouth
Emory
BU
Duke
Case
Pitt
