what kind of psych cases have people seen or heard about on the actual exam?

any really wacko cases?

I'm pretty sure that it's a big no-no to reveal the content of the CS (or any other USMLE test for that matter).

Having said that, the CS tests common stuff. Use the First Aid for the CS and you'll be well prepared.
