So I bombed the first interview...cannot explain how horribly I did.

However, I was asked to interview with the director.

Now I am even more nervous than I was before.

The fact that you were asked to interview with the director is probably a good sign! Do not let the first interview throw you; think of it as a "practice." The worst is over, you can only improve from here. I know how frustrating it is, but you just have to have faith in yourself and know your strengths. You got an interview because you are highly qualified, so don't lose sight of that! 🙂 Best of luck!

Relax! Look, if you really did bomb as badly as you say you did (and I doubt it), they are thinking, "Well, maybe this just wasn't that great of an interview for her, she was probably really nervous. Let's give her another chance before we cast her out." So think of it as a brand new chance to start fresh, the first interview's always the worst! You're going to do great, just walk in there prepared & do whatever you can to relax the night before. You can do it! :soexcited:
