3.2/ 3.4 GPA. NO MCAT yet.. And graduated from SJSU..
I volunteered in research for months,
And I volunteer as a counselor.
And i have few shadowing experiences..
And I am not from U.S.. am an immigrant
What are my chances?

You need an MCAT before anything can be settled, but you're definitely too low on numbers to have a viable opportunity at US MD programs. Once you have an MCAT, we can talk alternatives including SMP, Osteopathic, Post-bacc, or other things.
 
If you have a strong upward grade trend, your GPA might still be in the running for some MD schools. If not, then forget about MD unless you can get a GPA well above the mid-30s.

Nothing can be said without an MCAT score, though.
 
0% chance since it is required to take the MCAT to be considered for admission.
