Has anyone passed the KCU secondary screen with ~3.24 for one of their gpas (or anything below 3.25)? [Their stated minimum is 3.25]
I thought I had 3.26 for my cGPA but it turns out I miscalculated and it is actually 3.243

I have a pretty good MCAT if that matters

KCU was one of my top choices and I've already submitted X(
I was thinking about taking a class quickly and getting my gpa past their threshold but I don't know if it is worth it
If I take a 1 credit course and get an A -> 3.249
2 credit -> 3.255
3 credit -> 3.26

Does AACOMAS calculate the GPA before or after verification?

Try asking in the osteopathic 2019 and 2018 threads!

I got past the KCU prescreen last year with 3.1 cgpa and 3.6+ sgpa. However, I would call the admissions office and double check because things may have changed for this cycle. I also had a 30+ MCAT but not sure if that made a difference.

Just received my verification email. Where do I view my calculated sGPA and cGPA?
Go to 'Manage My Programs'
Under Program Status, you will see a blue download button for every school.
Open one up and you should see it around page 11 (or just use ctrl+f and find GPA)

Btw, if you just got verified then it can take up to an hour to see your GPA on the pdf (according to the email they send you once you are verified)

It's been to hours since then. In the Verified Grade column next to my classes there is no grade. I do not see any GPA calculated.

I read a few posts yesterday about people having the same issues. For some it showed up after 24 hours.

This def continues the confirmation that KCU plays by the 2/3 rule for minimum academic standards.

For me I had a subsection less than 7 on my MCAT. But my MCAT was above a 24 and I had a 3.7 GPA in the science and cGPA.
