3.3 cgpa/ 3.3 sgpa /509 MCAT/ ORM/ WAMC and school list help!

Hi! Long time lurker, first time poster. I just got back my MCAT score and I'm happy with it. I know my gpa is low, but I'm hoping that my MCAT and experiences can offset that. I am mainly applying to DO schools, but if anyone has suggestions for MD schools to add, please let me know.

1. 3.3 cgpa and 3.3 sgpa
2. 509 (124, 127, 126, 132)
3. Not sure (living in MA for 6+ years, went to an international highschool, born in NY with family ties there)
4. ORM, Asian
5. Mid-tier undergraduate (top 50)
6. 800 hours working at a psychiatric hospital as a mental health associate (hands-on patient contact), 1,000+ hours working as a scribe in a dermatology and rheumatology clinic, 1,000+ hours working at as a clinical research assistant (interacting with patients)
7. 3+ years of research, published 3 articles in well known journals (listed as a group author)
8. Scribing for a year (counts as shadowing?), scribed for rheumatologist and dermatologists. Also shadowed for around ~10 hours in pediatrics, can bring that up though
9. 100 hours volunteering in college clubs, 50 hours volunteering as a phone bank to rural communities in Maine
10. Currently in a gap year where I'm working full time as a clinical research assistant, did dance for 3 years in college
11. Leadership role (currently) part of an organization that helps with health disparities

Thank you for replying!! In your opinion, how are my chances of getting into DO school? My top choices would be UNECOM, PCOM, and NYITCOM. But I'm really nervous because my gpa is lower than average

I'm planning on submitting my primary application for verification on July 4th, I've heard that the DO school cycle runs a bit later than MD schools. If I pre-write my secondaries, would I be considered a late applicant? I'm trying to decide if I should wait to apply next cycle

The cycle does indeed run later for DO. You can apply by Thanksgiving and still be on time
