Is this list (below) too narrow, too broad? I appreciate absolutely any input, please and thank you!

These are the schools I have narrowed down my MSAR favorites to (based on 30%+ out of state acceptance):
Albany Medical College
Rosalind Franklin
Cooper of Rowan University
Drexel UCOM
Eastern Virginia University
Quinnipiac University
Dartmouth
Geisinger SOM
Georgetown
USC (Keck)
Loyola (IL)
Marshall (WV)
Medical College of Wisconsin
NY Medical College
University of Toledo
Brown
Tulane
USF Morsani
USUHS
University of Arizona COM (tucson, pheonix)
University of Colorado (home state)
Illinois
Louisville
South Caroline - Greenville
University of Washington

Would love to add Cal State Schools on here as that's where I was born/have family, I'm thinking I need a 510+ in order to do that though.

Thank you for your input!

Take Washington off your list as you are not from a WWAMI state. Almost all of their OOS are from the WWAMI states.

Be sure to also apply to U of A Phoenix as well

Your status a veteran may overshadow what would otherwise be considered a below average GPA.

There was another post from another veteran (Hopefulpilot) with very similar stats as you have (he posted it 1 or 2 days ago). I think you should check out what schools he was accepted in!

I will add Phoenix on there, and I just looked into that name, thanks for the info!

Your school list will be largely dependent on the MCAT.
Take it when you are confident of a score consistent with success.
We'll be here when you have it!

Will do, thanks.

Regardless of your MCAT score cut UND. OOS applicants who are accepted are Native American, MN residents, WICHE applicants, or have significant ties to ND (e.g., former long term resident).
