3+4 Year Housing

When one does their clinical rotations how does the majority of osteopathic schools organize housing assignemnts for hospital placements? Do most schools provide their students with nearby housing or are you forced to commute or find housing on your own? If either, is this an easy situation to resolve? Is this something that is critical in choosing a school?
