3.5 cgpa 517 mcat URM Late applicant

Hey everyone, I need some advice on schools I should include on my application.

As some background, I have a strong upward trend from ~3.0 freshmen year to ~3.8 junior year with a 3.5 cgpa and 3.3 sgpa. Balanced MCAT 517 (129,129,130,129) Black, go to a difficult top school, DC resident. My EC's are great, I have a lot of hours in clinical and non-clinical volunteering and my letters are also great. I am also first-gen, low-income, educationally disadvantaged etc.

I submitted my AMCAS application on Aug 2nd which is why I am so nervous since its been drilled in my brain that I should submit in June.

So far I have applied to these schools
1. University of Maryland
2. Howard
3. Georgetown
5. Mayo
6. George Washington
7. Boston University
8. University of Virginia
9. Temple
10. Tufts
11. Columbia
12. Morehouse

I need more schools! (no real limit, I need to get in lol) I would love some suggestions 🙂

Shoot for the stars then, add all your state schools then add some top schools as well. If your adding Columbia might as well add Cornell, NYU and Mount Sinai, Albert Einstein,JHU and Yale. U dont want your app to be top heavy though so add some good schools that are nearby but ur a superstar kid

Apply to any private school that you prefer to your DC schools.

Frankly, I'd be shocked if you don't get into at least one of the schools already on your list. I really don't believe you need more.
