Hello,
I'm a CA resident possibly applying next cycle.
-3.56c gpa from a top 10 public school in the country (graduated last spring), science gpa should be similar
-511 MCAT (only studied hard for about 5 weeks and got a 516 on a FL so may study harder and retake)
-200 community service hours
-2 years research
-Will have 1 full year scribing in an ED by the time I apply
-Will have 1 full year working full time as an EMT by the time I apply
-Shadowed 1 doctor so far (Not including scribing)
-Will have 2 good letters of rec from science professors, and at least 1 from my scribe job from doctors.
-Worked at 2 restaurants while an undergrad
What are my chances with those stats? I didn't try as hard as I wished in undergrad so are there any options at me raising my gpa for this cycle or the next or just making me a stronger applicant in general?
Thanks a ton.
