Just wanted to hear anyone's opinion on my list, and any changes I may want to make. My ultimate goal is to make it to my IS school (Indiana), and I am hoping to go to an MD school otherwise. I did include some DO schools though.

Triple Major and one minor. Will be starting a master's program in physio this fall.
Indiana resident, Asian

GPA:
3.6 cGPA, 3.55 sGPA and I've had a 3.9 gpa for the last 100 credits I have taken (almost all high level sciences). My lower gpa is largely due to 2 F's I received early on, although I got 99th percentile on the corresponding section of the MCAT.

MCAT:
508/513 (retake)

EC's:
>800 hours of research on two separate projects, one designed by myself (one presentation, but no pubs)
>200 hours of shadowing (3 specialists and two internal med)
Two years of leadership in a pre-medical club
200 hours of non-clinical volunteering, 150 hours of clinical (should this be higher?)
Two at least positive letters of rec from professors, and two highly positive letters from a PI and doc

Here's my list:
Indiana
Albany
Chicago COM
Creighton
Drexel
Geisinger
Georgetown
George Washington
Loma Linda
Medical College of Wisconsin
Mercer
New York Medical College
Penn State
Rosalind Franklin
Stritch
Touro
Tulane
Wake Forest

I focused on mainly private institutions that have similar stats to mine. I really have no idea on what reach or safety schools I should be considering. Any feedback would be much appreciated!

Mercer matriculated no OOS applicants.
Loma Linda is a mission-based school. Do you fit the mission?

Yes, I do think I fit the mission. Most of my EC's as well as my research project involved working with disadvantaged populations. My research also took place in a developing country. I am not Christian though, and I cannot tell if that is something they have a significant preference for. Thanks for the info about Mercer!

They are a 7th day Adventist school.
They historically interview non-Adventists after December.
This is the Mission Statement: The mission of the School of Medicine is to continue the healing and teaching ministry of Jesus Christ, "To make man whole." (italics, mine)
School of Medicine | Loma Linda University
Drinking alcohol and having sex outside of marriage are not permitted (among other things).

I have also just realized that there are required religion classes and time in chapel. It seems pretty clear now that this wouldn't be a good fit for me. Thanks again.

I suggest the following:
U VM
Duke (maybe)
Pitt (maybe)
Mayo
Miami
St. Louis
Albany
Albert Einstein
Rochester
Rush (note: very service/experience oriented with a 150hr service requirement. Avg student has 800 hours of community service, and >1800 hours of health care exposure.)
Rosy Franklin
BU
MCW
Hofstra
NYMC
VCU
EVMS
Wake Forest
Jefferson
Temple
Drexel
Creighton
George Washington
Georgetown
Emory
USC/Keck
Tulane
Dartmouth
Loyola
Oakland-B
IU
Uniformed Services University/Hebert (just be aware of the military service commitment)
Any DO program. I can't recommend Touro-NY, or LUCOM, for different reasons. Start list with CCOM, MUCOM, and DMU

I suggest the following:

Some of these schools have seem to have stats noticeably higher than mine (Emory, Keck, Albert Einstein). Would these just be reach schools then? And do you have an opinion on my chances for Indiana?

Some of the schools that Goro suggested might seem like reaches but also may be friendly towards applicants with a significant upward trend and an MCAT score within range for accepted students. I would definitely apply very broadly.
