They will, and yes. Many schools give more weight to the last 2-3 years than the aggregate.A 3.6 sGPA is below the 10th percentile for a lot of schools I'm shooting for.
Freshman: 2.8 sGPA
Sophomore: 4.0 sGPA
Junior: 3.65 sGPA
Senior: 3.9 sGPA
Will adcoms see that my freshman year performance is an outlier and should I still apply to those schools?
I would assume you would be fine, but I cannot guarantee you 100%. You should take my advice with a grain of salt :/.A 3.6 sGPA is below the 10th percentile for a lot of schools I'm shooting for.

Nope. Why would we? We know how to interpret trends.
so I should recalculate it and include it in my secondary, "without freshman year, my GPA is 3.85"?
I know of at least one applicant (from these forums) that has more interviews than I do and I'm sure there are more—which is insane😕 but thank you @PreMedMissteps 🙂He gonna fail outta school going to all those interviews lol

And tbh @duopy... I'm feeling so burned out after going to these interviews...seeing all the medical students...the hospitals...Ugh. Fall 2018 could not come any sooner!
