Americorps and homeless youth help are very solid EC's. Solid GPA.
The 8 in PS is a little worrying. I haven't gone through the entire MSAR, but it doesn't seem like too many schools have 8 as their 10th percentile PS score. I'd find the ones that do and apply there.

Quinnipiac, Oakland Beaumont, Western Michigan, Loyola, Rosalind Franklin, GW, Commonwealth (PA), Drexel, Temple and Jefferson would be worth adding with your stats.
