I don't know what state you are from. But your list includes tons of schools that will almost never consider OOS applicants. You should get a copy of MSAR and remake your list with OOS chances in mind.

Depends on where you wanta go. If you wanta stay in Cali (where I'm guessing you're from) and go to a top notch school, then yes you'll need way more EC's. Otherwise...you probably have a decent shot in getting into A medical school.

I am in Cali. If I want to stay in Cali (anywhere in cali) I should probably wait then?

The OOS schools that stuck out for me were
Colorado, UNC, Suny Up, Suny Down, and Rush.
I hear all Cali schools are ridic to get into.
Harvard, Washington, Emory, Brown, and Stanford are all super tough.
You have a huge list, which balances out the competitiveness of many of the schools on your list. but if it was me, I wouldn't waste my money on some of them (approx $100 per school adds up fast when applying).

I narrowed my list down to 13 by looking at http://www.studentdoctor.net/interview-feedback/ and only chose schools I really liked AND had a decent shot at

I agree with that fact you need to change around your school list to more schools that are OOS friendly......

Catalyst is the best at giving schools.....

there is also a spreadsheet that was banned that will tell you....if you do a search of this forum...for something like "excel spreadsheet" I think you may find it. I know I found it one day.

I would also recommend getting in some shadowing ASAP if you can but you need to submit your AMCAS by mid Jun.

I would add Univ of Ill, Univ of Miami, Central FL.

I don't see any shadowing. If you don't have any, make sure you have it before you apply or start very soon before your cycle. It's very important for admissions.
