School List (looking for help)
JHU, UCSF, Duke, Chicago, UColorado, Northwestern, Michigan, Vandy, Pitt, UCSD, Mt Sinai, Case Western, Emory, UVA, OSU, USC, Dartmouth, Einstein, UNC, Miami, Wake Forest, VCU, GWU, Georgetown

Is this too top heavy?
Thanks!

Yes, your list is top heavy. I suggest adding more schools such as:
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Eastern Virginia
Hofstra
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
Tufts

Have at least 3-4 schools where your stats are at the 75th percentile of those accepted.

I also did a medical service trip abroad and I was not looked down upon - I actually ended up talking about this most and expressed how much the trip meant to me!
